Ascension School - Testing Accommodations Consent

Dear Parents, 

 

Students with diagnosed special needs are permitted accommodations during standardized testing week. The most common accommodations given are unlimited/extended time and/or having a portion(s) of a test read aloud. 

 

Test accommodations are only for students with current documentation (within the last three years). Your child has the appropriate documentation on file and is eligible to receive accommodations.

 

The school must receive permission from a parent before administering an accommodated test. Please complete the form below to give your consent.
