Registration

To register your child for Ascension School, please call the school office 636-532-1151 X3001 or contact [email protected].

Items needed at time of registration:

• $500 registration fee
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• First Reconciliation and First Communion certificates if child is going into Grade 3 or up
• Please fill out the Electronic Tuition Payment Form below
• If your child is entering a grade other than Kindergarten, you must also fill out the Record Request Form below, and provide it to the school you are leaving. Records should be emailed to [email protected]
